Tiny Tots

Walking to 3 years old

A foundational program where children begin learning movement and confidence alongside their parents. Safe, fun, guided introduction to structured movement.

ASIJ Early Learning Center (ELC)

Approx. 4–6 years

Two structured classes built around coordination, listening, and confidence. A girls class focused on basic gymnastics skills, and a boys activity class focused on movement training.

Nishimachi

Mostly girls, occasional boys

Small-group classes with a full equipment setup. Trampoline, mini tramp, mat stations and crash mats support progressions through handstands, kickovers, and aerial work.

Mixed class (primarily girls)

Fundamentals, control, and confidence with mats, slope, and mini tramp. A focused class for steady, structured progress.
